Delete Account

You can delete your BioFi account and associated data directly from the app. Deleting your account will remove your login information; username and password, name, birthdate and data associated with your account will be removed. If you have additional questions or requests regarding your account and data you can contactou our team at: support@biofi.com

RemWave Sleep

  1. Tap the Account tab.

  2. Tap Account Settings.

  3. Tap Delete Account and follow the on-screen instructions.

  1. Tap your username.

  2. Tap Account Settings.

  3. Tap Delete Account and follow the on-screen instructions.

You can do all of the following without deleting your acount.

  • Set up a new or replacement BioFi device, or remove a device from your account.

  • Add or remove members from your account.

  • Change the email address associated with your BioFi account.

  • Change the password associated with your BioFi account.
